Esholt: The original location for Emmerdale and home of the Woolpack Inn.

Harrogate: Former Spa town with restored Pump Room; elegant streets; elegant shops.

Haworth and Bronte Country: The Bronte Parsonage and “Top Withens”, reputed original for Wuthering Heights.

Ilkley: Attractive town with its famous Moor and the Cow and Calf viewpoint.

Keighley: The charming old stations and trains of the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway have been the location for innumerable films and TV series, notably the 1970 version of The Railway Children.

Leeds: Big city shopping and big city attractions; Royal Armouries; West Yorkshire Playhouse.

Saltaire: World Heritage Site. Sir Titus Salt’s model village and giant woollen mill, now housing a splendid David Hockney Gallery and interesting shops.

Skipton: Thriving historic country town with well preserved medieval castle, and canal boat trips.
